*EXHIBITOR BOOTH DEPOSITS and RESERVATIONS are transferable toward a 2025 HeroesCon Reservation but are otherwise NON-REFUNDABLE.


FRONT ENDCAP: $925
These face the entrance of the hall, ensuring that as fans move towards Artists Alley, these booths will have the highest visibility.

REAR ENDCAP: $925
These face Artists Alley itself, and have the highest visibility for fans in or near Artists Alley.

REGULAR BOOTH: $775
These are booths which do not face the entrance or Artists Alley. An example in the diagram below: booths 520 and 619.

TABLES/CHAIRS:
2024 BOOTH RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE TABLES or CHAIRS
To avoid raising booth rental costs going forward, the Heroes Convention will no longer provide complimentary tables and chairs to Exhibitor Booths.

Exhibitor tables and chairs can be rented directly through our decorator Carolina Tradeshow Decorators, or exhibitors are welcome to provide their own.

This will ensure that each exhibitor can reserve the exact size and quantity of tables and chairs needed for their individual set up.

BADGES:

You may request up to 4 Exhibitor Badges with the reservation of ONE 10'x10' booth space.
If you reserve an additional 10'x10' booth space, you may receive 2 additional passes, for a total of SIX.

The maxium allotment of complimentary badges per Exhibitor is 6 badges (regardless of booth size)
If you will require more than 6 exhibitor badges in total for the weekend, you will be required to purchase those additional badges.
